Self funding

Payment can be made following the session using card payment or BACS.

Insurance

We currently work directly with Aviva, Axa Health, Vitality Health, Aetna Global Benefits, and Bupa Healthcare. You will need to provide us with your policy number and authorisation code (on the booking form below), should you wish to claim through your insurance.

For other insurance companies we will happily provide invoices/receipts for you to pass onto your provider to get reimbursed, should this be an acceptable method for your insurer.

You may prefer to book through a more conventional means, prefer another time outside the available booking hours, or have an appointment booking query. If so, please use one of the options below.

We have a simple booking process using Microsoft Booking, aligning our diary with yours. The appointment types and fees (if applicable) are:

• Initial assessment 45 minutes - £65 (fee only applies if self funding)

• Follow up appointment 30 minutes - £50 (fee only applies if self funding)
